A pinch of artistic extravagance and unique character - these are the slogans that best capture the spirit of the pendant lamps from the Avia collection - lamps that are a modern, surprising, yet striking variation on the classic sphere lamp.

Lamp shades from the collection, however, do not have a traditional smooth surface, but rather are decorated with irregular indentations, obtained in the process of hand-blown glass. Thanks to this technology each lamp has an asymmetrical, unique and inimitable character, and the organic shape of the lampshades is eye-catching, intriguing and introduces the interior soft glam artistry element.

Characteristic of the collection, indentations and unevenness can also bring to mind lunar craters, and arranging lamps from the collection in a group - especially when using different sized lampshades - will allow to create a striking light constellation, even more strongly stimulating cosmic associations.

Elements of the Avia pendant lamp collection, design and workmanship

The Avia lamp collection includes both single pendant lamps (in three different colors and sizes), as well as triple pendant lamps - with strip or with ceiling plate.

Hand-molded from clear glass, the lampshades are available in in transparent, amber and graphite colors, with each shade having a subtle effect on the character of the design. Transparent, raw lampshades will go well with industrial and minimalist style interiors. Graphite lamps will provide quite a strong accent and add a mysterious touch to the space. The amber color of the lampshades, on the other hand, will perfectly fit into bright, warm interiors, being an interesting way to break the ascetic simplicity or classic elegance.

Transparent shades perfectly expose the source of light, and the use of a bulb with a stylized filament will help to give the Avia pendant lamps a retro character or match them with loft arrangements. As with all spherical lamps from Kaspa, we have made sure that the light source is located in the center of the lampshade, so that it is perfectly illuminated and the light spreads evenly.

Pendant lamps from the Avia collection are also characterized by glossy chrome finish of the elements (shades, bulb holders, stand lamp base) and minimalist mounting elements. Slat and ceiling plate with which to suspend the triple Avia lamps to the ceiling, are only 2 cm and 4 cm high respectively, and the mounting of the lampshades with thin steel cables further emphasizes the light character of the lamps.
