The LEGRA collection is a light that combines sensual design with a deep respect for nature and craftsmanship. Created by Wojciech Mierzwa for the KASPA brand, it is a story about how light can not only illuminate a space, but build it emotionally - bringing warmth, tranquillity and material awareness.

The base of all luminaires in the collection is the unique terrazzo "Full of Tradition" - a material developed by HANK, a Polish studio specialising in responsible design. This terrazzo is made from wood fragments embedded in resin: ash wood, walnut and fruit trees. Each fragment was selected individually and the result is a noble, unique mosaic. The wood has not been hidden - on the contrary, its cross-section and grain pattern are fully visible and become an integral part of the composition.

From this natural base emerges a ball of light made of opal glass, which provides soft, diffused light. Each sphere is handmade in the Krosno glassworks, has a threaded metal structure and is screwed directly onto the fixture. This is a functional and durable solution that fits in with the philosophy of conscious design.

The frame of the luminaires is made of metal, painted in a colour to match the selected version. It is a detail that adds elegance to the luminaire and defines its final character.

Forms and colours

The LEGRA collection comes in two variants:
- wall sconces in a round and oval (capsule) version,
- ceiling plafonds in a round form with a larger ball of light.

The wall versions are equipped with a socket for a G9 bulb, while the plafonds have space for a bulb with the popular E27 thread, providing more power and versatility in the arrangement.
